THE CONGRATULATION LETTER

On 20 May 2016, the Indonesian Automotive Institute (IAI) was established together with the Ministry of
Industry - Republic of Indonesia, Business / Industry, Academics, Communities / Associations and Media
(ABGCM). The Institute has several themes / goals:
1. To increase the competitiveness of Indonesia’s automotive industry as well as to be integrated into
global supply chain.
2. To become the leader (locomotive) for the development of Indonesia’s automotive industry (people,
technology & product, capacity building).
3. As key driver to ensure the roadmap of Indonesia’s motorization and automotive development era
To develop a strong automotive industry in Indonesia, it needs contribution, supporting and
collaboration among all of automotive industry stakeholders.

We also hope that healthy and strong organizations and players in the Taiwan telematics industry can compete
positively to take advantage of this automotive opportunity in the Indonesian and ASEAN markets.

We are also fully serving to provide advocacy and select local automotive industry partners who need good
quality Taiwan telematics accessories.

We kindly request all of stakeholders to involve and participate for establishing more advanced, flexible and
local resources utilization of automotive industry in Indonesia.

At the same time, we wish you a happy 10th anniversary and sincerely pray that TTIA will be healthier,
stronger and always communicate to strengthen concrete cooperation in the development of the future
automotive industry, ITS and electronic vehicles. For all matters relating to automotive and vehicle
components (land, sea, air and railways) it is appropriate for TTIA to collaborate with the Indonesian
Automotive Institute.
