China Engineering Consultants, Inc. was founded in 1969. CECI has held an important position and being the collaborator or integrator in the transportation facilities of Taiwan since its establishment. All the colleagues of CECI were seeing the economic growth of Taiwan, and through their collaboration, now CECI has already become the trustworthy partner for all sectors of the community. CECI Engineering Consultants, Inc. was founded in 2007 based on laws and regulations. As the result, China Engineering Consultants, Inc. was transformed into a nonprofit foundation, which has abilities of engineering technologies and research developments. CECI focuses on the core businesses of traffic safety, technology research, human resource development, and so on. Our goal is connecting industries and service regionally, assisting the implementation of policies, and connecting daily-life in series. With new technology advances, now we have already went into the era of Industry 4.0. Digital Innovation changes our life. New technologies and techniques are continuously used on the construction. Nowadays, the field of transportation is also rapidly changing. Cooperating with the forward-looking policies of Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), CECI acts as the important character about policy coordinating and promoting. CECI aims to master techniques, use technologies and become a connecting platform. We also encourage all our colleagues to hold 3T－Target, Talent, and Technology, to change their goals of work and life. Besides, we regard digitization, sustainable development, and internationalization as our own responsibility, which make CECI keep in progress on the field of transportation in the future.
