Asian Technical Consultants, Inc. (ATCI) was originally founded in 1972, by a group of alumni of the Asian Institute of Technology, to provide professional planning and design services in civil, hydraulic, structural, geotechnical, environmental, and transportation engineering. In 1981, ATCI was reorganized to concentrate its services on transportation and traffic engineering. Today, ATCI has become a leading consulting firm specialized in the field of transportation engineering.
