Texas Instruments (TI) has introduced a new portfolio of automotive LiDAR, clock and radar chips designed to help OEMs enhance vehicle safety by bringing more autonomous features to a wider range of cars.
Hesai to supply LiDAR to Didi and GAC Aion’s L4 robotaxi
Hesai Group,has announced that the AT128, its long-range automotive LiDAR, will be utilized in a L4 production-ready robotaxi jointly developed by Didi Autonomous Driving (the self-driving technology subsidiary of DiDi Global) and GAC Aion (a Chinese EV OEM and subsidiary of the GAC Group).
