GM acquires full ownership of Cruise
General Motors (GM) has announced the completion of its previously-announced acquisition of GM Cruise Holdings LLC, following the approval of GM’s merger offer to the autonomous vehicle technology company by the Cruise Board of Directors. Following this acquisition, Cruise will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of GM.
