Anritsu Corporation in collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that it’s 5G RF Conformance Test System ME7873NR has achieved the world’s first approval from GCF for the mmWave (FR2) 3GPP TS38.521-4 Demodulation/CSI Conformance Testing (Performance test hereafter), required for 5G NR RF Conformance tests.

 

 

Karma Automotive and Blue World Technologies to collaborate on fuel cell propulsion system
Blue World Technology’s fuel cell system will be integrated with Karma Automotive’s electric vehicle architecture and piloted in GS-6 development vehicles for evaluation purposes. Testing and validation will take place in the United States and Denmark over the next few months.

Volkswagen’s electric offensive continues to gain momentum: Following the presales of the special edition ID.4 1ST01 that have already taken place, presales of additional ID.4 models will now also start by mid-February in around 30 European countries including Germany, as well as in the USA. Deliveries to customers are to begin as soon as March in Europe and China, and from the middle of the year in the USA.

 

 

Launch of the new Volvo FM and FMX with crew cab for emergency vehicles
The new Volvo FM and Volvo FMX trucks are now available for use as emergency service vehicles with a crew cab for up to nine people. The new variants of the two models, developed in close cooperation with bodybuilders and the emergency services, have a number of improvements specially designed for fire and rescue service vehicles.

 

 

Ola electric scooter spotted testing in India, launch likely in second-half of 2021
