Autonomous trucking startup Waabi has unveiled its first generation of trucks that are purpose-built for OEM integration. The trucks are powered by the Waabi Driver, a combination of Waabi’s software, sensors and compute. Their launch signals both that Waabi is ready to verify and validate its self-driving stack and that it’s open for business.

This model offers a quicker and more cost-effective implementation of UBI programs by using embedded telematics for eligible Ford and Lincoln connected vehicles.



Geotab and Atom Power partner to deliver seamless EV charging management
Geotab partnered with Atom Power to deliver the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure integration available through Geotab’s fleet management platform, MyGeotab. Fleet managers will now have access to complex fleet analytics and EV charging infrastructure to make their transition toward electrification simpler and more cost-effective.



Veoneer awarded active safety system by major Asian OEM
The automotive technology company Veoneer has signed an agreement with a major Asian OEM to equip an electric vehicle joint-venture in China with an active safety system comprising of a monovision camera, a package of forward-looking and corner radars, and an ADAS ECU.
