200 EV Green Charger Stations Installed across Dubai

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) announced the completion of the second phase of its ‘Green Charger’ initiative, which included the installation of an additional 100 EV Green Charger stations across Dubai. The announcement was made on the sidelines of the 20th Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX 2018) in Dubai.

ŠKODA Starts Production Of its First BEV

Taking the next step on the path to electrifying its model range, ŠKODA AUTO rolled off production of its first battery-powered car at the Volkswagen plant in Slovakia’s capital, Bratislava. The BEV called CITIGOᵉ iV is a zero-emission five-door car that claims of having range of 260 km, with high torque and dynamic driving performance.

 

 

New Program “Nissan Energy Perks by EVgo” Launched

Nissan and EVgo announced that they are providing new Nissan LEAF owners and lessees access to EVgo’s U.S. charging network through a new program, “Nissan Energy Perks by EVgo.”
