Mobileye Mapping Barcelona’s Roads to Improve Safety

As part of Autonomous Ready initiative, a program intended to enhance the safety of streets while analyzing the status of infrastructure to continue improving roads for the future, Mobileye is mapping 28,000 Miles of Barcelona’s roads daily. The company recently with Spain’s road safety authority, the Directorate-General for Traffic (DGT), and the City of Barcelona, presented data from the first two months of the mapping.
RoboSense Launches LiDAR Perception Solution to Support Robo Taxi Development

RoboSense has launched a LiDAR perception solution for Robo Taxi –RS-Fusion-P5– in markets outside China. The solution was first launched in China last month. Equipped with an RS-Ruby and four RS-Bpearl, the RS-Fusion-P5, as per company claims, can be the alternative to Waymo’s LiDAR solution, further accelerating the development of Robo Taxi.
